“Access Hollywood” co-anchor Kit Hoover has filed for divorce from her husband of 25 years, Crowley Sullivan.
According to legal documents obtained by Page Six, Hoover filed the paperwork in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 26, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
The documents also list May 1, 2024, as the official date of separation, despite earlier reports suggesting the pair had already gone their separate ways by December 2024.

Hoover, 54, is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their 18-year-old son, Crowley Jr., who is still listed as a minor in the filing.

The couple also shares two daughters, Campbell, 22, and Hayes, 21. Sullivan, the CEO of Athlete Advantage, and Hoover have not publicly commented on the divorce proceedings.
A representative for Hoover did not immediately respond to request for comment.
While the couple has remained quiet about the details of their separation, a source previously told Us Weekly that Hoover had already begun identifying as single before the divorce became public. “She’s been telling people she is single and getting divorced,” the insider claimed.

Adding to the speculation, Hoover was frequently seen without her wedding ring in the months leading up to the official filing. Fans also noted the absence of any recent joint appearances or mentions of Sullivan on her social media profiles.
Despite the current circumstances, Hoover had celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary in August 2023 with a heartfelt Instagram post.

Alongside a throwback photo of the two in their younger years, she wrote, “Holy Cow – We are 24 years old in this pic and NOW – Happy 24th anniversary Honeybun!!! Thanks for loving this lunatic and for our beautiful family that is my EVERYTHING. I love you. 💚🍀💚#stillhavingfun #stilltheone #grateful #joyfulliving.”
In the divorce documents, Hoover also notes that she is seeking spousal support as specified “per agreement of the two parties,” suggesting that some aspects of the separation may have been settled privately in advance.

The pair married in 1999 and have long been seen as one of Hollywood’s more grounded couples, with Hoover often speaking fondly of her family in interviews and on social media.
The news of their divorce has come as a surprise to many fans, especially given Hoover’s emotional post just months before the split.
As proceedings unfold, the focus for Hoover appears to remain on family.

With their children now young adults and moving into new chapters of their own lives, the longtime television host seems to be entering one herself.

No further details about the division of assets or additional arrangements have been made public.
For now, both Hoover and Sullivan are choosing to navigate this transition quietly, away from the spotlight they’ve each spent years working within.
