The source added that the majority of the former couple’s social circle rallied behind the Yellowstone star following the messy breakup and its aftermath.

Despite the pain of betrayal and the public divorce drama, Costner has reportedly remained composed.

“[He] has come to terms” with the split and “understands where things went wrong” in the marriage.

The insider continued, “He has no regrets about his rise to fame, or about the time it takes to maintain his career. His success gave him everything he has today.”

And while the divorce may have cost him financially, Costner has chosen to focus on what really matters: his children.

“Despite everything, Kevin is grateful to Christine for giving him his greatest gift, their kids, who know exactly who their father is,” the source added.

Costner and Baumgartner married in 2004 and had three children together—Cayden, 18, Hayes, 16, and Grace, 15—before separating in May 2023.
