Actor Michael B. Jordan celebrated his Best Actor victory at the 2026 Academy Awards with a late-night visit to In-N-Out Burger, where fans quickly gathered around the newly crowned Oscar winner, as reported by Page Six.

Jordan, 39, took home the Best Actor award for his role in the film Sinners. After the ceremony concluded Sunday night, the actor stopped at the burger chain while still holding his Academy Award statuette.

Videos posted on social media showed Jordan being surrounded by fans and restaurant employees as he entered the location.

In one clip, Jordan stood at the counter with the Oscar in his hand while a staff member handed him a plate of food.

The crowd inside the restaurant quickly grew excited as people gathered around the actor.

At one point in the video, someone could be heard trying to control the crowd, telling fans to “back it up.”

Jordan then turned toward the crowd and held up his trophy while people in the restaurant cheered, took photos, and recorded videos of the moment.

He also signed autographs for several employees working at the restaurant during the visit.

Jordan arrived wearing the same outfit he wore earlier that evening during the awards ceremony — a Louis Vuitton jacket paired with matching trousers.

After his stop at the fast-food restaurant, Jordan later attended the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscars Party, where he appeared wearing a brown suit with a black tie.

Jordan earned the Best Actor Oscar for his performance in “Sinners,” a film in which he plays identical twin brothers who return to their hometown in the Jim Crow South and encounter a supernatural evil.

His win came ahead of several other nominees in the category, including Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Wagner Moura, and Ethan Hawke.

During his acceptance speech at the ceremony, Jordan thanked family members, collaborators, and colleagues who helped shape his career.

He also recognized director Ryan Coogler, along with several of his co-stars from the film.

Those mentioned included Hailee Steinfeld, Wunmi Mosaku, Miles Caton, and Delroy Lindo.

Jordan also acknowledged previous Black Academy Award winners who paved the way for future actors.

“I stand here because of the people that came before me. Sidney Poitier, Denzel Washington, Halle Berry, Jamie Foxx, Forest Whitaker, Will Smith,” Jordan said during his speech.

He closed by thanking supporters who have followed his career.

“Thank you, everybody in this room, and everybody at home, for supporting me over my career,” Jordan said. “I feel it. I know you guys want me to do well, and I want to do that because you guys bet on me. So thank you for keeping betting on me.”

The Oscar victory capped off a successful awards season for the actor.

Two weeks before the Academy Awards, Jordan won a major honor at the 2026 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

He also received nominations at several other major awards ceremonies this year, including the Golden Globe Awards, the Critics’ Choice Awards, and the BAFTA Awards.

Jordan’s post-Oscars burger stop quickly became one of the most widely shared celebrity moments of the night, with fans capturing the celebration as the actor enjoyed food and greeted supporters following his Best Actor win.
