Actress Geena Davis appeared as a surprise guest during Sabrina Carpenter’s set at weekend two of Coachella, taking part in a staged segment that referenced the 1991 film “Thelma & Louise,” as reported by Page Six.

Davis, 70, portrayed an older version of Carpenter during the performance, which included a scripted monologue delivered from a stage designed to resemble a drive-in movie theater.

Seated behind the wheel of a vintage 1950s car, Davis appeared with styling intended to match Carpenter, 26. The segment introduced Davis as “Aunt Sabrina.”

Actor Corey Fogelmanis, Carpenter’s former “Girl Meets World” co-star, also appeared in the scene as a waiter attempting to process a payment from Davis’ character.

The skit centered on reflections from the “older Sabrina” about her past and her relationship with her niece.

“What a moron. I was running around like that carefree, all hippity, skippity,” Davis said during the monologue.

“It’s kind of a shame she never got to see me up onstage, maybe in a concert, in a arena or in a stadium in a foreign country,” she continued.

“I would’ve had the label send a plane for her and her parents, and they could’ve just stayed down the hall from me.”

“And [eaten] in the most expensive restaurant in that city. It’s better she never saw me that way. It would’ve been weird,” Davis added.

The appearance followed a similar segment during Carpenter’s weekend one performance, when actress Susan Sarandon, 79, who co-starred with Davis in “Thelma & Louise,” delivered a version of the same monologue.

The film, released in 1991, follows two friends who embark on a cross-country crime spree.

During weekend one, Will Ferrell appeared in a segment as an electrician moving a power cable across the stage, while Sam Elliott portrayed a law enforcement character delivering a warning to Carpenter about heading to California.

Samuel L. Jackson also contributed a voice segment during the song “Juno,” stating, “Hello, Coachella … I am here to take you motherf—ers on this journey to relaxation.”

At weekend two, actor Terry Crews recreated a scene from “White Chicks” by performing Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles.” Madonna also joined Carpenter onstage, performing portions of “Vogue” and “Like a Prayer.”

Madonna’s appearance marked 20 years since her own headlining performance at Coachella in 2006.

“Wow, thank you … Sabrina, thank you so much for inviting me on your show,” Madonna said during the performance.

Carpenter responded, “No thanks needed, Madonna,” as the two stood together onstage.
