Heather Locklear is embracing a joyful new chapter in her life, opening up for the first time about her relationship with actor Lorenzo Lamas, as reported by Fox News.

During an appearance on the “Hollywood & Divine” podcast, the “Dynasty” star spoke warmly about her romance, referring to Lamas as her “new boyfriend.”

Locklear described her feelings with spiritual depth, explaining that her love has grown from faith. “My new guy is very ... everything,” she said. “I'm just like, when I tell this person I love him, I'm really saying, 'I love you, God.' Because that's what happened. It's from God.”

The actress added that she feels fully at peace with where she is in life. “I'm [in] the best time [of my life],” she shared.

Locklear and Lamas made their first public appearance as a couple on April 26 at the Chiller Theatre Expo, where fans saw them together for the first time in decades.

While attending the event, Lamas told Fox News Digital that he never thought he would find lasting happiness with Locklear after so many years apart.

When asked if he ever imagined their relationship coming full circle more than forty years after their first meeting, Lamas was candid. “The short answer is no,” he said. “I mean, I’ve been through a lot of trial and error, and she is the most amazing woman that I think I’ve ever met.”

The encounter marked a sweet full-circle moment for both stars, who originally crossed paths in the early 1980s during the height of their television fame.

At that time, Locklear was a rising star on “Dynasty,” while Lamas was known for his role on “Falcon Crest.” The two posed together for a 1983 Playgirl magazine cover, where they famously appeared in a sun-soaked shoot with Locklear in a bikini and Lamas in a Speedo.

Their connection may have begun decades ago, but both have lived full lives since. Locklear was previously married to Tommy Lee in 1986, with the pair divorcing in 1993. She later wed Richie Sambora in 1994, and the two parted ways in 2004 after sharing one daughter, Ava.

More recently, Locklear ended her five-year engagement to Chris Heisser in May 2023. In 2021, she told People that marriage was “not so important” to her at the time.
