President Donald Trump is preparing to take the world stage Tuesday as wars, nuclear threats, and competition among major powers test his second-term foreign policy.

His address to the United Nations General Assembly comes as the administration confronts challenges involving Iran, Gaza, Ukraine, and China, as reported by Fox News.

Trump is expected to argue that his White House has tackled global problems that previous administrations allowed to fester, according to officials previewing the remarks.

The speech will give the president a prominent platform to present his approach before leaders gathered in New York.

The president will move from addressing an international body he has pressed to reform to handling one of the administration’s most consequential strategic relationships.
