Dr. Simone Gold delivered a blunt warning to frustrated conservatives considering sitting out the midterm elections: Staying home will only help the political forces they oppose, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

Gold made the argument Saturday night during The Gateway Pundit’s American premiere of American Martyrs.

Award-winning journalist Lara Logan asked Gold what she would tell MAGA voters who are angry with the Trump administration, exhausted by political battles, and prepared to remain home in November.

Logan is the former CBS chief foreign correspondent and current host of Going Rogue.

Logan described what she called an online information warfare campaign designed to turn conservatives against one another.

She said responses to her posts repeatedly claim President Donald Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have failed, while encouraging conservatives not to vote.

Gold, the founder of America’s Frontline Doctors, said conservatives may be disappointed with Trump for various reasons.

Her answer was to remember the alternative that voters faced and consider what the federal government would have looked like under Kamala Harris.

“People, I think, especially on the MAGA conservative side, are many times disappointed with Trump for various reasons,” Gold said.

“And all I say to people is, my goodness, just go watch the Kamala video.”

Gold said she becomes angry when people declare that they will not vote because they are disappointed.

While acknowledging their frustration, she argued that political expectations were always likely to collide with the realities of entrenched federal power.

Her own focus has been medicine, public health, and federal agencies she says have been captured by the pharmaceutical industry.

Gold argued that Kennedy was given an impossible assignment as Health and Human Services secretary.

“Big pharma runs the federal government, not the other way around,” Gold said. “Trump, to some extent, has an impossible job. Just remember what it would have been under Kamala.”

Gold appeared on the panel with Rudy Giuliani and Jennifer Cruz, two Brooklyn figures she said she continues to admire.

She also revisited her experience on January 6, when she said she attended as a private citizen with a permit to deliver a speech about medical tyranny.

“We used to live in a nation that judged people based on their individual actions,” Gold said. “My individual actions were there to give a speech.”

In 2022, an Obama-appointed judge in Washington sentenced Gold to 60 days in federal prison for a Class A misdemeanor.

She had spoken with a megaphone inside the Capitol, committed no violence, and pleaded to entering and remaining in a restricted building.

Gold was later released early from a federal facility in Miami.

She told the audience that Congress targeted her for discussing hydroxychloroquine, the California Medical Board fought her for three years, and the New York Bar remained involved six months after she said she stumped its case.

“I myself was tremendously persecuted,” Gold said. “I was targeted like other J6ers by DOJ and the FBI.”

Gold documented her account in Selective Persecution: The Legalization of American Fascism, which she promoted as a historical record of government weaponization.

She also pointed to former Mueller prosecutor Andrew Weissmann and Obama-era holdovers as operators behind what she described as an existing federal apparatus.

“There is an infrastructure of tyranny in our country already,” Gold said. She argued that what happened to her could not have occurred without that machinery already being established.

Logan has issued a related warning on Going Rogue, arguing that Democrats would not treat a congressional victory in 2026 as an ordinary midterm result.

She said they would use control to pursue impeachment, pack courts, and secure a permanent transfer of power.

Gold closed her warning by returning to the choice facing dissatisfied voters.

“If you sit home and you don’t vote because you’re disappointed that Kennedy doesn’t do this or Trump doesn’t do that,” she said, “my God, go watch Kamala Harris’ video.”

American Martyrs examines what the film describes as the Deep State campaign against five men following January 6.

Gold appears alongside Giuliani, Logan, Sidney Powell, and the men featured in the documentary.
