A late-night disturbance at NFL star Travis Kelce’s home in Leawood, Kansas, earlier this month ended with the arrest of a man attempting to serve legal papers to Taylor Swift in connection with an ongoing Hollywood legal dispute, as reported by TMZ.
According to court documents, 33-year-old Justin Lee Fisher was arrested around 2 a.m. on September 15 after allegedly jumping the fence of Kelce’s private residence. Authorities charged Fisher with trespassing on the property, located in a gated neighborhood.

The arrest reportedly stemmed from Fisher’s attempt to serve Swift deposition papers on behalf of actor and director Justin Baldoni’s legal team. The incident has added another twist to a high-profile court battle involving Baldoni, actress Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and Swift.
Baldoni became entangled in a dispute during production of the film It Ends With Us, in which he starred alongside Lively.

Earlier this year, Baldoni filed a $400 million countersuit before dropping it and submitting new documents that named Swift. In those filings, Baldoni described a tense confrontation at a New York City penthouse involving Lively, Reynolds, and Swift.

Baldoni also provided text exchanges in which Lively allegedly referred to Reynolds and Swift as her “dragons.” Reports later indicated that Swift felt manipulated by Lively during the dispute, leading to a falling out between the two.

Court documents from Baldoni’s legal team stated Swift was expected to sit for a deposition at the end of October. However, Swift’s attorneys disputed that claim.
In a letter sent to the presiding judge just days before Fisher’s arrest, Swift’s lawyers insisted she had not agreed to participate in a deposition related to the It Ends With Us lawsuit.
Two days before the attempted service, the judge overseeing the case denied a request to depose Swift, according to sources close to the proceedings. It remains unclear whether Fisher successfully delivered the documents before his arrest.

The incident underscores the extent to which the legal feud between Baldoni and Lively has drawn in outside figures, including Swift, who has maintained a high public profile while balancing her music career and personal life. Neither Kelce nor Swift has publicly commented on the arrest.
