Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil's longtime girlfriend, celebrity makeup artist Rain Andreani, was arrested in Tennessee on charges related to domestic assault, according to records obtained by Fox News Digital from the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
Andreani was arrested on Nov. 1 and released the following day after posting $5,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 3.
A source told TMZ that Andreani struck Neil following an argument. The same source also claimed that she wrecked the singer's home.
Neil, 65, and Andreani, 45, have been together since 2011. During their relationship, they have appeared beside each other at numerous red carpet events over the years.
Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil got rocked at home.
His girlfriend, Rain Hannah Andreani, was booked in Tennessee for allegedly trashing his place and assaulting him. Williamson County jailed her Nov 1, she posted a $5,000 bond the next day, and her court date is Dec 3. Rock and roll never dies, but the furniture might when you piss off the girlfriend. Their relationship also brought them to reality television. In 2015, Neil and Andreani participated in an episode of “Wife Swap” with musician Gunnar Nelson and his wife, Lila.
Neil publicly celebrated Andreani on Valentine's Day in February 2024. “You're perfect @rainhannah_ How did I get so lucky? I love you my valentine,” he wrote in her honor.
Before beginning his relationship with Andreani, Neil was married four times. His first marriage was to Beth Lynn, lasting from 1981 until 1985.
He later married Sharise Ruddell in 1987, and that marriage ended in 1993. Neil was then married to Heidi Mark from 2000 to 2001 and Lia Gerardini from 2005 to 2010.

The singer has three children. His son Neil, 48, is the child he shares with his high school girlfriend, Tami Jones, while his daughter Elle, 43, is the child he shares with Lynn.
Neil and Ruddell also shared a daughter, Skylar. She died from kidney cancer in August 1995 at the age of four.
The musician spoke about Skylar during a 2010 episode of “Celebrity Ghost Stories.” “She had blonde hair, blue eyes and just a great smile,” he recalled.
Neil also remembered how much his daughter resembled him. “She looked like me. Everybody called her ‘little Vince.’”
Neil became famous as the lead singer of Mötley Crüe. The heavy metal group released albums including “Too Fast for Love,” “Shout at the Devil” and “Theater of Pain.”
He briefly departed from Mötley Crüe to pursue a solo career before returning to the band in 1997. The group initially staged a farewell tour in 2015.
Despite that farewell, Mötley Crüe resumed touring in 2022. The band has continued performing and releasing music since returning to the road.
Neil also recently faced a severe health challenge. He suffered a stroke in December 2024 that was so serious his doctors did not believe he would be able to walk again.
Speaking to the Las Vegas Review Journal in September 2025, Neil described the physical impact of the stroke. “My whole left side went out.”
Recovery required Neil to relearn how to walk, but he remained determined to perform again. “I had to learn to walk again, and that was tough,” he told the outlet.
“The doctors said they didn’t think I’d be able to go back on stage again. I go, ‘No, no, I’m gonna do it. Watch and see.’”
In March 2025, Mötley Crüe decided to postpone dates for its Las Vegas residency. Neil made his first return to the stage in August, performing with Bret Michaels at MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston.
Neil then reunited with the rest of Mötley Crüe for the first rescheduled performance of the band's Las Vegas residency in September 2025. The performance followed his difficult recovery and return to live music.
