A hilarious joke is going viral this week, and it's sure to bring a smile to your face!
A proud Texan walked into a pub in Ireland and announced to the group of drinkers, “I hear you Irish are a bunch of hard drinkers. I’ll give $500 American dollars to anybody in here who can drink 10 pints of Guinness back-to-back. ”
Nobody took the Texan up on his offer, and the room went dead silent. One man went so far as to walk out of the pub, only to return thirty minutes later. He walked right up to the Texan when he got back and tapped him on the shoulder.
“Is your bet still good?" asked the Irishman.
The Texan replies with an excited yes and tells the bartender to line up 10 pints of Guinness. Without hesitating, the Irishman tears into the pint glasses, drinking all of them back to back as the crowd of onlookers cheer! The Texan can do nothing but look on in shock as the Irishman quickly finishes every one.
Handing the Irishman the $500, the Texan says, “If ya don’t mind me askin’, where did you go for that 30 minutes you were gone? ”
The Irishman responds, “Oh… I had to go to the pub down the street to see if I could do it first."
LOL! How perfect is that?!
