A professional cosplayer and model is drawing attention online after detailing the extensive daily training regimen she follows to maintain her physique for her work portraying fictional characters, as reported by The New York Post.

Sweetie Fox, 25, described her routine in comments reported by Jam Press, explaining that fitness is central to her lifestyle.

Fox said she spends up to four hours a day in the gym as part of her effort to maintain what she describes as a “superhero” physique.

“Training is a big part of my lifestyle, not just something I do occasionally – I structure my life around it, planning my schedule, diet, and week around my workouts,” the 25-year-old said.

Fox identified herself as a “gym freak” and said her workouts focus heavily on strength-based exercises.

She listed movements such as “strength exercises like deadlifts, squats, lunges, and glute bridges” as key components of her routine. In addition to weight training, she incorporates light cardio and brisk walks to remain active.

She said that while some observers may assume her appearance is due to natural factors or minimal effort, the reality involves long-term consistency and discipline.

“People see the result and think it’s just good genetics or a few workouts here and there,” she explained. “In reality, it’s years of consistency – training, diet, discipline, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it.”

Fox also outlined the dietary component of her routine, noting that she tracks her caloric intake and emphasizes protein consumption to support her strength training.

She acknowledged that maintaining motivation can be difficult at times, but said consistency remains the key.

“…showing up even on days when you’re tired or not in the mood.”

Her fitness regimen is tied directly to her work as a cosplayer, where she portrays characters described as “combat-style heroines like Black Widow and Mikasa.”

Fox said the physical demands of these portrayals make her training necessary.

“At night, I’ll dress up as beautiful, strong vixens and the audience, especially my male fans, lap it up,” she pointed out.

“I want them to see the strength of my character, not just a costume – and that’s why I work so hard to keep my body fit,” she explained.

Fox said that preparing for these roles can also require significant time outside of the gym. She stated that getting ready for a character can take up to two hours, depending on the level of detail required.

“depending on the character, as some require more detailed makeup, wigs, and costume adjustments.”

She emphasized that the ability to transform into different characters is a key part of her appeal to followers online.

“What sets me apart from other creators is my love of transformation,” the model said.

“My fans get to decide which superhero they see each day, and my strict training makes it more believable.”

Fox’s comments have circulated widely on social media as interest in cosplay and online content creation continues to grow, particularly among audiences drawn to character-based performances and fitness-focused presentations.
